Role: Lead Consultant – (Customer/1) Utility MDM and AMI
Duration: Full Time / Permanent
Location: Multiple Locations (Philadelphia, Baltimore, Chicago)

Qualifications
Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least a minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology

Preferred
• At least 8 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes of
• Utility Customer Systems
• Should have at least 3 years of Customer/1 CIS development experience
• At least 1+ years understanding of smart metering processes and concepts
• At least 1 or more years of electric/gas AMI experience
• Good understanding of Utility Logical data model and advanced analytics of meter data.
• Will be responsible for leading CIS support/enhancement/modernization projects at client site, mostly around Customer/1 utility clients.
• Will ensure design, build and implementation of work product, participate in requirement elicitation, validation of architecture, creation and review of design, provide pseudo code to the team, assign and review tasks for work product implementation.
• Will participate in estimation and staffing analysis.
• Lead team for Unit/System/Performance testing to ensure defect free delivery.
• Will provide inputs for implementation plan and lead deployment of applications, support warranty and work on to complete transition.
• Participate in analysis of tickets, assign tickets to team members, and track fixing of tickets and verification of fixes in operations/support environment as needed.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with high emphasis on quality delivery
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Nice to have UNIX environment experience
• Nice to have Mainframe environment experience
• Experience with project management
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
