Qualifications

Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 6 years of experience with Information Technologies.

Preferred:

• At least 6 years of experience in IT Development Skills using
  .Net Technologies
  Hands on experience on C#

Position 2:

Role:  Developer/Lead/Architect - .Net 

Location: Fremont, CA

Duration: Full Time / Permanent

Qualifications
Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an
accredited institution. Will also consider three years of
progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of
education.
• At least 6 years of IT experience & strong in C# and .Net

Preferred
·   At least 6 years of experience in .NET – C#.
·   Fluent knowledge and hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET, WCF,
CSS, HTML, JQuery, Angular.js
·   Working knowledge of T-SQL (MS-SQL 2012, 2014) along with
Query Optimization, Performance Tuning, Designing and implementing
application database objects, Database Consistency Checks and
Troubleshooting database issues.
·   Understanding of Algorithms and Data Structures.
·   Intensive knowledge in .NET MVC architecture, experience in
advanced .NET is a plus or should have the ability to adapt to new
advancements in .NET quickly.
·   Good understanding of Design patterns and their
implementation.
·   Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
·   Experience in designing and writing test cases.
·   Strong Analytical skills and ability to handle multiple
threads.
·   Maintain understanding of current web technologies or
programming practices through continuing education, reading, or
participation in professional conferences, workshops, or groups.
·   Understand system requirements and non-functional requirements
like performance, security, availability, scalability etc.
·   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Position 3:

Role:  Developer/Lead/Architect - .Net
Location: Loveland, CO
Duration: Full Time / Permanent

Qualifications
Basic
•Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an
accredited institution. Will also consider three years of
progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of
education.
• At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Overall 9+ years of experience in IT industry, At least 7
years of experience in designing and architecting solutions on
.Net & other Microsoft technologies.

• Knowledge of Architecture principles, methods and tools,
Knowledge of Problem analysis tools and solution evaluation
methods

• Expertise & working experience in relevant programming
languages, frameworks and platforms including,

o C#, ASP.Net, MVC frameworks, WCF, WPF, WF, SignalR, Linq

o HTML 5, CSS 3, XML & advanced JavaScript

o Office 365, Azure & Cloud based solutions and services, Apps
Implementation, Powershell

o SQL server and other Databases

o Experience in Angular, node.js etc is an added advantage

o Good experience with design and code analyzing tools, TFS &
build automation

• Good knowledge on SDLC and prior experience in activities on
development, maintenance and production support projects. Good
working knowledge of Requirement Management, Change Management and
Configuration Management.

• Experience in application portfolio analysis, understanding
current environment, support structure etc. and defining
roadmap/future strategy for development, maintenance and support
of application landscapes

• Ability to create, drive and complete POCs (Proof of Concepts)
to test new ideas and apply emerging technologies

• Acumen to determine the feasibility of customer requests and
balance business decisions with technology development.

• Excellent awareness and exposure to emerging technologies and
experience in assessing them to define the roadmap to be adopted.

• Ability to identify and understand relationships / interactions
between systems, at multiple levels, from tactical to big picture.

• Excellent analytical skills & articulation skills. 
Experience in customer interfacing with proven influencing skills.

• Demonstrated ability and interest in serving as a leader and
mentor/coach teams in a Global delivery environment

• Experience in presales activities including defining solutions,
scoping, estimation etc.

Position 4:

Role:  Developer/Lead - .Net
Location: Austin, TX / Chicago, IL / Plano, TX
Duration: Full Time / Permanent

Qualifications
Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an
accredited institution. Will also consider three years of
progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of
education.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of Information
Technology.

Preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in working on middleware
development in .Net. Building components, libraries, Services
using C#.Net, Entity Framework, LINQ, WCF/WebServices/WebAPI in an
SOA world.
• Strong understanding of processes and threads with at least 4
years of experience in creating Multithreaded, multi-node, high
performing applications.
• Ability to effectively improve the performance of the
components/applications/services.
• Deep understanding and application of object oriented
programming
• Well versed with various design patterns.
• At least 4 years of experience in creating abstract business
layer and data access layers.
• Strong SQL Server development knowledge with at least 2 years of
experience in writing complex DB objects as well as performance
tuning it.
• At least 3 years of experience in Agile, Scrum or Kanban
Methodologies
• At least 3 years of experience in tools such as Jira, Jenkins
and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
• Knowledge in NO-SQL environment, MongoDB is a value add.
• At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture
review.
• Ability to work in team in a diverse/ multiple stakeholder
environment
• Experience in Trading, Financial Services and Wealth Management
is preferred.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global Delivery Environment
with teams located at various locations.
