Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own, lead and manage all ongoing implementation(s) and POCs from concept through implementation & release. 

  • Understand technical aspects of the product and demo to potential customers.

  • Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers.

  • Develop Customer Success assets and methods, and work with the Key Account Managers from Sales to create new or refine existing onboarding materials.

  • Lead mining and client relationship geographically dispersed to deliver technology projects on time

  • Maintain end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence

 

Must Have;

  • 10+ years of technology project management experience, with preference for candidates that have worked in customer-facing roles (consulting, implementation, account management, etc.).

  • Ability to create project plans, communication plans, SOWs, and all standard project documentation.

  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Any software development experience would be a plus.

  • Programming / Scripting experience in Python or Java, one of the languages is preferable

  • Candidates with onsite implementation experience preferred

  • Other key competencies will include MS Projects, Project planning, Risk Management, Negotiation & Decision making, Team work, Planning & Conflict Management, Adaptability and Communication skills.

  • Extremely strong communication and presentation skills.

  • PMP or similar certifications are advantageous.
