About the Role

Inbound logistics feeds every downstream operation at AUTODOC. Currently, our operations face significant operational bottlenecks when incoming deliveries arrive at warehouses without complete advance notice, turning quick receiving checks into multi-hour manual searches. Compounding this, rigid legacy ERP constraints prematurely close purchase orders during partial deliveries. This forces our teams to create workarounds that break end-to-end inventory traceability and lead to financial pain.

To help us overcome these challenges and redefine our supply chain, we are hiring a Product Manager – Inbound Logistics. In this role, you will lead product development across the inbound supply chain, securing purchase orders from creation to delivery and building the data visibility layer for incoming goods and transports. Sitting at the intersection of Procurement, Vendor Operations, Warehouse Operations, Finance, and Supplier Integrations, you will design automated pipelines, overhaul data handling between SAP and AWS systems, and institute standard supplier communication like Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN).

Over your first six months, you will work toward full ASN adoption, seamless end-to-end PO reconciliation across orders, physical arrivals, and financial invoices, and a robust data pipeline that ensures zero lost inventory. This is an exciting opportunity to act as a true product owner—using AI-assisted discovery, interrogating data directly, and driving fundamental structural changes that directly protect our bottom line and power our high-speed European expansion.

What You Will Do

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own and execute the strategy for inbound logistics initiatives. Balance tech-debt reduction (such as decoupling purchasing logic from legacy ERP systems) against creating new capabilities.
• PO Securing & Reconciliation: Build automated data pipelines that track orders from creation to delivery. Achieve full three-way matching between POs, physical goods received, and financial invoices, eliminating lost items from partial deliveries.
• Inbound Data Visibility & Master Data: Establish standard supplier communication mechanisms (APIs, EDI/TecCom, file-based transfers) and drive adoption of Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN). Define data quality standards for supplier master data alongside operational teams.
• System Integration: Work across SAP (ERP) and internal AWS warehouse management systems to "stitch" them together for continuous end-to-end data flow.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Build strong collaborative relationships with senior leads across Procurement, Vendor Operations, Warehouse Operations, Finance, and Supplier Integrations. Push back constructively on scope creep and align conflicting functional needs into single, prioritized roadmaps.
• Discovery & Delivery: Run independent technical discoveries, analyze ERP data and logs directly using SQL, and utilize everyday AI tools to draft development-ready specifications, edge cases, and test scenarios for engineering.

What You Bring to the Role

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Owner in supply chain, procurement, logistics, vendor management, or e-commerce inbound operations.
• Proven track record in purchase order management, supplier master data, or inbound visibility using enterprise tools (e.g., SAP MM/S4, Coupa, Manhattan, IBM Sterling). Solid understanding of procure-to-pay financial flows.
• Hands-on ability to query databases (SQL), read application logs, and understand microservices, API designs, and monolith-to-microservice migration trade-offs.
• Demonstrated daily usage of AI tools (such as Gemini) to accelerate discoveries, analyze data exports, synthesize transcripts, and prepare comprehensive spec tickets.
• Experience managing matrixed senior stakeholders (Director/VP level), standing firm on root-cause problem solving, and confidently defending scope decisions.
• A strong adherence to a standardise → automate → optimise → scale workflow. First-principles thinker with exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Nice-to-Haves - experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP MM, live monolith migrations, low-code/AI prototyping tools (e.g., n8n, Make), or the automotive aftermarket / large-catalogue e-commerce sector
