Job Description
Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will take ownership of recruitment activities with a primary focus on Supply Chain corporate hiring, while also supporting high-volume recruitment in operational areas.
- You will act as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers and key business stakeholders, ensuring a structured, transparent, and quality-driven hiring experience aligned with business priorities.
- By leveraging diverse sourcing channels and proactive talent engagement strategies, you will continuously expand and nurture a sustainable talent pipeline.
- Your goal is to create a professional, consistent and positive candidate experience from first contact through to the offer stage, reinforcing our employer brand at every interaction.
- Beyond day-to-day recruiting, you will actively contribute to employer branding initiatives, including creative campaigns, social media activities, and representing AUTODOC at job fairs and local events.
- Additionally, you will ensure data accuracy within the ATS environment and support ongoing, scalable process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality standards.
- This role goes beyond operational recruiting; it directly contributes to building the talent foundation that drives sustainable business performance.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing full-cycle hiring processes, ideally within a growing e-commerce organization.
- Background in recruiting professionals for Supply Chain, logistics or business support areas.
- Fluent Polish and English skills are required; additional language skills in Russian, Ukrainian, or German are highly valued.
- A proactive, reliable, and collaborative way of working - you take initiative within a supportive team environment, handle your responsibilities with care, and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Curiosity to learn, improve processes, and contribute fresh ideas to how we attract and hire great people.
