• Review supplier quality documentation, verifying accuracy and conformance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements;
• Check supplier specifications for compliance with the company's product requirements and technical standards;
• Examine simplified drawings and technical specifications, checking for dimensional compliance and feasibility before production initiation;
• Monitor the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) process, maintaining documentation order and conformance to quality standards throughout all phases;
• Record compliance checks systematically and maintain comprehensive audit trails, ensuring readiness for internal and external audits and regulatory referencing;
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, for timely resolution of documentation issues and discrepancies;
• Evaluate supplier performance metrics and quality trends, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions;
• Conduct risk assessments on new suppliers and product assortments, documenting potential quality risks and mitigation strategies;
• Maintain organized documentation systems and archives, ensuring traceability and accessibility of all quality records and supplier certifications;
• Prepare quality reports and performance summaries for management review, highlighting compliance status and supplier performance indicators;

• Secondary vocational education in Quality Management, Automotive, Engineering, or a related field;
• Basic knowledge of vehicle construction, its repair and maintenance procedures;
• Proficiency in understanding and reviewing technical documents and dimensional drawings;
• Good attention to detail, essential for identifying discrepancies;
• Solid knowledge of document management processes;
• Familiarity with the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) or similar quality approval processes;
• Experience in supplier quality management or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment;
• Proficiency in quality management systems and documentation software;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
• Experience preparing quality reports and performance metrics analysis;
• Russian – fluent, English – B1+;
