Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Category Manager to support the daily operations and development of Suspension categories. This role focuses on execution, data support, and coordination across teams to ensure smooth category performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Support monitoring of category KPIs (Revenue, Gross Margin, ASP, Conversion Rate, Availability)
Assist in maintaining and updating assortment structure (generics, subcategories)
Support assortment optimization and identification of gaps
Prepare regular reports and dashboards using Excel and BI tools
Assist in pricing analysis and promo preparation
Support Private Label activities (data collection, benchmarking, content checks)
Coordinate with suppliers on basic operational topics (product data, availability, pricing updates)
Support marketing campaigns (bundles, promotions, seasonal activities)
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Pricing, Content)
Ensure data accuracy and completeness in internal systems
Qualifications
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field)
0–1 year of experience or strong internship experience in e-commerce, Category Management, FMCG, or automotive
Good Excel skills (pivot tables, basic formulas)
Strong attention to detail and structured approach
Basic analytical skills and willingness to learn
Good communication skills
English level: Intermediate or higher
Nice to Have
Interest in automotive products (Suspension, Steering)
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Experience working with product data or catalogs
