• Lead and coordinate warehouse teams during night shifts to ensure smooth daily operations;
• Allocate and deploy personnel according to operational needs and workload;
• Supervise task execution in line with established standards, procedures, and KPIs;
• Monitor operational data and system accuracy (AWS or equivalent WMS);
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and internal policies;
• Collaborate with Quality and Planning teams to maintain seamless workflow;
• Oversee the returns process in accordance with company standards;
• Respond promptly to operational issues, providing hands-on support when required;
• Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance needs;

• Secondary or higher education;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations;
• Proven leadership and team management skills;
• High sense of responsibility, independence, and adaptability in a dynamic environment;
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with WMS or ERP systems;
• Willingness to work night shifts in a shift-based environment;
• Fluent Polish and communicative English skills;

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce or fast-paced distribution centers;
• Experience managing teams of 20+ employees;
• Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian;
• Degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field;
