We are looking for a proactive candidate who will help ensure the conformity of the company’s products and processes. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to guarantee all compliance requirements are consistently met.

Responsibilities:

• Support in Regulatory Monitoring: assist in researching and interpreting EU regulations and stay updated on changes.
• Support in the suppliers document approval: request, verify and approve suppliers EU certificate of conformity and additional documentation.
• Safety Data Sheet (SDS) analysis: upload into the system, verification and approval of the Safety Datasheet.
• Assist in the development of ongoing and future projects related to product compliance.
• Interdepartmental communication: work together with other teams, such as legal and supply chain to ensure processes meet compliance requirements.
• Support in processes development: support the development and implementation of internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct product audits on the Safety Gate portal: search for products potential risks identified in the Safety Gate Portal.
• Risk management: support the implementation of corrective actions when the products are found to be non-compliant.

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering or related areas.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Achievement-driven team player with good interpersonal skills
