We are seeking a Sales Ops Associate to play a key role on our Sales team, helping to build and maintain the scalable framework that enables our growth and success.
The Sales Ops Associate will report to the Sales Ops Manager.

HIGH LEVEL RESPONSIBILITIES
Knack for systems and processes: Enabling successful growth is very much about creating and maintaining systems and processes. These systems require updating and creating from scratch based on needs- and also of course need to be trained and monitored! The Sales Ops Associate will be skilled at this full process and enjoy the ride.
Jump in to challenge: The Sales team has new developments and challenges every day, which is part of what makes the role exciting. The Sales Ops Associate will be a critical part of solving these challenges that arise and be creative in using resources to identify solutions.

Track, track, track: When there’s lots going on, tracking is key! You probably have your own system for tracking responsibilities, whether in your personal or professional life- a to-do list, a task management system, whatever works for you. Staying on top of open items and keeping things moving in an organized, efficient way is they key to it all!
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain up-to-date expertise on all aspects of AutoLeadStar’s platform
Provide support to Sales team on questions from product knowledge to feature requests to sales process and everything in between
Track and monitor CRM use to make sure data is entered and accurate
Prepare weekly reports detailing Sales progress
Relay feedback from the Sales team to the Product and Development teams
Participate in onboarding and training new employees
Coordinate relevant meetings as needed
Collaborate with the design team to create new Sales collateral based on objections and needs
Work together with the CS Ops team and Account Managers to ensure smooth handoffs from Sales and reduce churn
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven analytical/problem solving skills
Set, pursue and follow-through with achieving goals with a sense of urgency
Understanding of team dynamics and how to work with different people
Ability and willingness to work with a US-based remote team
Open to somewhat flexible hours at times
Self-motivation
Strong technical skills
Fast learner
