We are seeking a VP Sales to fill a leadership role for our Sales efforts, managing and scaling our team as well as our growth. The VP Sales will be responsible for managing our Regional Sales Managers as well as our Groups and OEM departments.

Job Description
HIGH-LEVEL RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting: Our VP of Sales should have a fantastic network for closers and spend a large percentage of time prowling for more. Great sales team members are the lifeblood of the sales organization, and we want a VP Sales that is an A++ recruiter.
Backup Your Troops: The frontlines are where progress is made, and we want a VP Sales that knows how to dive into the weeds on deals and help our Sales team through obstacles. Our VP Sales will know how to point the team to future opportunities, and maximize their time and efficiency.
Tactical Sales: We want a Sales leader who understands that the devil is in the details. How strong is the pitch? How are the materials? What cadence leads to closes more often than not? How do we encourage CRM discipline? Your mission is to leverage data, common sense, and best practices to maximize revenue per lead.
Sales Strategy: We want a VP of Sales that can see the future and look at how to more effectively position and price products, open new customer segments, and guide the companies approach to market. Understanding how to evolve territories and structure commissions as we grow is the foundation of a strong rollout.
