Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide excellent service to our customers while they go through the process of having their vehicle repaired.  You are responsible for the communication to the customer and the insurance company.

 

Essential Functions:

  1. Greet each customer in a professional and courteous manner;
  2. Educate the customer about the collision repair process, including insurance claims processing, payment procedures, repair techniques, repair needs and approximate repair time;
  3. Communicate with the customer and the insurance company on the status of repairs.
  4. Prepare all repair damage reports in an accurate and precise manner;
  5. Uses tact and diplomacy when dealing with internal and external customers;
  6. Attend daily release meetings;
  7. Service all insurance accounts in order to maintain those business relationships vital to AutoBody Express' success;

Qualifications

 

  1. Excellent customer service skills;
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  3. Ability to handle different requirements for different insurance accounts;
  4. Must assume responsibility for accuracy and timeliness of work product;
  5. Valid driver's license;
  6. Must be able to pass thorough background check and drug test;

 

Additional Information

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be in an open office environment. Candidate must be able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Service Advisers work Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.
