Job Description
- Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap, setting clear priorities and delivering measurable business value.
- Lead the full product development lifecycle, encompassing ideation, requirements gathering, design, feature prioritization, agile sprint management, and successful feature adoption.
- Use data analysis, A/B experimentation, and measurable outcomes to guide and inform strategic decisions.
- Identify and execute quick-win opportunities while balancing longer-term product growth and vision.
- Continuously gather and assess product analytics, user feedback, and business data to drive meaningful improvements.
- Communicate proactively and transparently with stakeholders, surface blockers early, manage expectations, foster close team collaboration, demonstrate strategic thinking, hands-on problem-solving, urgency, and promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience in B2C environments, working with agile teams.
- Proven independent delivery of successful products or projects.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable plans, including interpreting A/B tests for optimization.
- Expert at identifying high-impact opportunities, prioritizing for maximum value, and leveraging AI tools to enhance delivery and productivity.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments.
- High degree of ownership, self-sufficiency, adaptability, and a self-driven, outcomes-focused approach.
