Job Description
- Communicate with our private customers by phone and email, taking responsibility for checking and following up on their files;
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide optimal solutions;
- Go the extra mile to engage customers;
Qualifications
- Very good written and spoken Dutch or French language skills;
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation with a friendly and professional approach;
- Previous experience in customer service, administration or related area;
- Interest in the automotive sector will be a plus.
