Join our Strategic Planning & Analytics team and be part of shaping the growth story of Auto1 Group. This position will allow you to deep dive into many different strategic projects, communicate with key stakeholders of our business and shape our core processes. 

Our Strategic Planning & Analytics team supports the management in establishing business objectives, developing action plans and monitoring results. 

We analyze drivers and trends of our business segments, reflect these in short- and long-term planning and contribute to financial models of new business ideas.

● Work closely with the SVP of Logistics & Production and with teams across Europe to gather, prepare and analyze data for our top management

●Lead projects related to data, modeling and operational performance topics

● Extend, improve and maintain our logistic and production model and report landscape 

● Assist our country VPs and their teams in the modelization of opportunities

● Monitor and plan staffing needs together with the Production & Logistic Director and his Teams 

● Analyze data, identify possible data quality issues, develop action plans to resolve data quality issues and drive these initiatives with stakeholders across Europe

● You are a student or recent graduate from University, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, or in another relevant field 

● An analytical mindset paired with excellent Excel skills; SQL is a plus 

● You have basic knowledge in corporate finance and are not afraid to immerse yourself in topics related to costs & revenues analysis

● You do not just dig numbers, but you are also outspoken and like to communicate 

● Ability to fluently communicate verbally and written in English
