We are looking for an Intern to join our B2B Management Europe Team, which is responsible for business-relevant topics to ensure high reliability and efficiency in our AUTO1 Group Remarketing department. This business unit enables B2B partners to sell cars online.

We offer you an internship for up to 6 months starting in 2024.

The main focus of this exciting and multifaceted internship is the opportunity of co-leading and executing projects regarding the overall strategic orientation of the Marketplace business unit across Europe in order to support the growth of the business unit.

Specifically, in this role, you will support the team on Business Development initiatives and Product Management. Both, core growth initiatives for 2024!

• International exposure: Be part of a strong international team (managing 12 markets) with exposure to the AUTO1 Management team from Day 1
• Business cases: Write and review business cases, perform supporting research and analysis and drive projects from their design to release
• Performance monitoring: Monitor the business performance in collaboration with the European strategy & product team, you will provide key insights, guidance and direction to improve the platform experience and the overall business
• Business Development: In direct cooperation with our management team you will get deep insights into how to plan, optimize and implement processes and learn how to scale a business
• Business Acumen and Management skills: Work parallel as a generalist on different projects and conceptualize key growth initiatives

• You are a student or recent graduate with a strong academic background in business or business-relevant fields
• First experience in consulting, investment banking or high-growth start-up is a must
• Highly polished communication skills, and the ability to communicate with multiple senior stakeholders from different countries
• Strong analytical skills & attention to detail along with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills 
• Ability to thrive under pressure in an unstructured, fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English
