As a Product Manager, you will join our actively growing Marketing team, take full ownership of new features, and deliver measurable business impact. Together with our agile development teams and stakeholders across Europe, you will work to deploy state-of-the-art technology and bring the industry to a new level.

What you can expect

• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand the functionality of our customer facing application to help source cars for our different platforms
• Work closely with senior management of the Marketing department to develop a long-term product strategy.
• You will lead the full product development lifecycle from ideation, requirement gathering, design, feature prioritization, development, and post-release optimization.
• You will own the pipeline, measure performance, keep your eyes on the customer/users, 
• Stay current on trends, innovation, and competition in a fast-paced environment

What you have covered

• Excellent product management skills and an ability to lead an agile software development team - evidence of creative thinking, independent problem-solving, effective troubleshooting, team motivation, and conflict resolution
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders of all levels, including c-levels and management
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• You have the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop hypotheses, design experiments, and interpret results
• You are an excellent communicator and can easily get your point across to both technical and non-technical audiences
