In your role as a CRM Manager for Autohero you will revise and optimize the Customer Journey, create Omni-Channel communication concepts and work closely with our product teams to implement them. You monitor the performance, identify trends and derive recommendations for action. Thus you will actively contribute to the success of one of our most important business areas.

Your new role

• Create innovative communication concepts and execute campaigns/newsletters to optimize the user journey and drive cross-functional CRM-related projects
• Monitor CRM performance and analyze the customer paths and touchpoints to identify where the biggest opportunities lie, both for optimizing existing as well as introducing new features
• Implementation of new communication channels like Messenger, Push and SMS
• Build new and improve existing reports as well as define new KPIs that helps to improve our retail business
• Carry out A/B tests independently and derive recommendations for action. For this you have access to in-house design, intelligence and tech resources 

Your skills

• Several years relevant experience in CRM or e-mail marketing, preferably in e-commerce or retail company 
• You are constantly questioning the status quo and are looking for optimization possibilities
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and challenges are there for you to improve yourself
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset 
• You’re perfectly fluent in English and another European language
