We are looking for a Junior Business Development Manager Logistics (/f/m/x) who will manage together with a great team of dynamic, innovative and motivated people the further improvement and diversification of our global logistics network.

Your new role

• Support with the creation and execution of our international business strategy across Europe
• Analyze optimization potential in different areas throughout our supply chain and create scalable improvements for profitability, operational efficiency, and customer experience
• Manage independently business relationships and negotiate agreements with external partners across Europe
• Work on various cross-functional projects powered by data-driven insights 
• Collaborate with a great team in a fast-paced environment in a growing company that is disrupting the automotive industry

Your skills

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or another related field of study and first working experience
• Passion about moving things forward, taking ownership of projects and solving problems
• Excellent communication skills as well as strong analytical skills including the ability to summarize quantitative concepts into a digestible format
• An affinity for entrepreneurship, e-commerce, logistics, startups and/or the automotive industry
• Fluency in German and  English
