Job Description
The Channel Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing channel marketing strategies to drive revenue through partnerships with [list partner types]. This role will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to build go-to-market programs, develop co-marketing campaigns, and support sales enablement initiatives that expand Authenticx's reach and impact across healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Strategy Development: Develop and execute Authenticx's channel marketing strategy to drive demand and growth through channel partnerships.
- Partner Program Management: Oversee partner programs, including co-marketing initiatives, partner communications, and demand generation efforts.
- Channel Event Strategy: Own and execute the channel event strategy, including planning, coordinating, and managing partner-focused events such as trade shows, webinars, and field marketing opportunities. Collaborate with partners and internal teams to maximize event impact, drive engagement, and generate pipeline.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Design and implement channel-specific campaigns and marketing activities to increase partner engagement, drive channel-led lead generation, and support sales pipeline growth.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate cross-functionally to create and deliver partner enablement materials, including product training, sales collateral, and go-to-market content to empower partner success.
- Market Insights: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement in the channel strategy. Provide feedback to Product and Marketing teams to refine messaging and positioning.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze channel program performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI. Use data to inform strategy and next steps.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key channel partners to ensure alignment on strategy and execution, and to drive long-term success.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of channel marketing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Ability to come into the Indianapolis office as needed (approximately 1x per week)
- Willingness and ability to travel to events throughout the US for channel events, including some overnight travel
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to create impactful marketing content and sales enablement materials.
- Proficiency in analyzing marketing data, metrics, and KPIs to evaluate success and inform decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and other Marketing teams to drive channel success.
Additional Information
- Candidates must live in/near the Indianapolis area as this is a hybrid position consisting of in-office work approximately 1x per week.
- Candidates must reside in the USA and be authorized to legally work for any employer in the USA without requiring employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
