Job Description

As the Event Marketing Specialist at Authenticx, you will be a member of our dynamic and creative marketing team focused on driving brand awareness and revenue generation for our enterprise software solution. In this role, you will:

  • Identify and manage events such as industry conferences, customer meetings, webinars, field marketing, and prospect and client-facing on-site events
  • By managing all events this includes creating booth and marketing assets alongside the brand team, pre-event outreach coordination, prepping the Authenticx team to attend the event, booth logistics, potential onsite coordination, post-event outreach coordination, and post-mortem discussions
  • Support demand generation and pipeline efforts for event-based marketing program by meeting monthly, quarterly, or annual sales activity and/or production targets for meetings set, revenue generation, etc
  • Collaborate with other Authentizens on event messaging and enablement, pre-event communications, and post-event communications
  • Work within HubSpot and Excel to create event lead lists, dashboard creation, and ensure data accuracy
  • Own metrics and reporting for all event efforts including lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and awareness metrics
  • Leveraging sales tools (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.) and ensuring lead data integrity is intact within the customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Control program spend to ensure the events budget produces the desired ROI
  • Foster brand awareness and thought leadership through event initiatives to create authority in the market and be a good steward of the brand
  • Participate in the planning the internal events including all-company meetings, the Authenticx Gratitude Event, and the Authenticx Summer Reunion
  • Manage and analyze TravelPerk for Authenticx hotel, airline, and car rental bookings
  • Work cross-functionally to leverage existing customers to inform upcoming events, learn about new events, and uncover co-speaking opportunities

Qualifications

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event and Meeting Management, Marketing, or similar field preferred 
  • 3+ years of professional B2B Event Marketing experience
  • SaaS and/or Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Ability to come into the Indianapolis office as needed (1x a week) and for internal events 
  • Willingness and ability to travel to events throughout the US, including some overnight travel
  • Track record of driving demand and delivering impactful brand experiences through events
  • High adaptability to the varying needs and demands of the business 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proficiency with MS Office, CRM, and other business technology
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proactiveness and ability to stay ahead of upcoming events  
  • Capabilities to learn creative suites such as Figma to edit event marketing assets

Additional Information

  • Candidates must live in/near the Indianapolis area as this is a hybrid position consisting of in-office work approximately 1x per week.
