Job Description
Authenticx is transforming the healthcare industry through innovative solutions that enhance patient engagement and streamline operations. We are looking for a talented and motivated Channel Marketing Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
Position Summary:
The Channel Marketing Manager will play a critical role in developing and executing channel marketing strategies to drive revenue through partnerships with technology services distributors, trusted advisors, and ISVs. This position will collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to build go-to-market programs, create co-marketing campaigns, and support sales enablement initiatives that enhance Authenticx's reach and impact across the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Strategy Development:
Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to generate demand and growth through partnerships.Partner Program Management:
Oversee partner programs, including co-marketing initiatives, partner communications, and demand generation efforts.Channel Event Strategy:
Plan, coordinate, and manage partner-focused events such as trade shows, webinars, and field marketing opportunities. Collaborate with partners and internal teams to maximize event impact, engagement, and pipeline generation.Campaign Planning and Execution:
Design and implement channel-specific campaigns and marketing activities to increase partner engagement, lead generation, and sales pipeline growth.Sales Enablement:
Work cross-functionally to create and deliver partner enablement materials, including product training, sales collateral, and go-to-market content to empower partner success.Market Insights:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine channel strategies. Provide feedback to Product and Marketing teams to improve messaging and positioning.Metrics and Reporting:
Track and analyze channel program performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI. Use data insights to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure alignment on strategies, execution, and long-term success.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of channel marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Ability to work from the Indianapolis office as needed (approximately once a week).
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout the U.S. for events, including overnight travel.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to create impactful marketing content and sales enablement materials.
- Proficiency in analyzing marketing data, metrics, and KPIs to evaluate success and inform decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and other Marketing teams to drive channel success.
Additional Information
- Planned, in-office activities may be required on occasion (approximately 1-2x per year).
- Travel costs for required trips to the office are covered by the company for employees who do not live in Indianapolis.
