Job Description

As the Growth Marketing Specialist at Authenticx, you will be a member of our dynamic and data-driven Marketing team focused on driving revenue generation for our enterprise AI software. In this role, you will: 

  • Drive targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive sales pipeline growth for each of our core personas 
  • Partner closely with Sales on account-based marketing (ABM) programs to generate meetings and move prospects through the sales funnel   
  • Develop processes and workflows to ensure prospects are moving strategically and efficiently through the sales funnel 
  • Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to drive conversion   
  • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, and identify and recommend enhancements  
  • Work closely with Marketing team members to develop and optimize landing pages, ads, emails, and other digital assets 
  • Create impactful marketing nurture programs to move prospects through the sales funnel   
  • Manage and optimize digital channels including search engine marketing (SEM), paid advertising, ABM, and email marketing campaigns for demand generation   

Qualifications

Our ideal Growth Marketing Specialist will possess the following qualifications: 

  • College degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or other relevant fields is preferred
  • 1-3 years of business-to-business (B2B) digital marketing or lead/demand generation experience   
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM), paid advertising, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), website optimization, and email marketing   
  • A data-driven, revenue-centric marketer with both inbound and ABM marketing experience   
  • Software-as-a-service (SaaS) and/or healthcare industry experience is highly preferred
  • A self-starter with the ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines   
  • Proven track record of success with their marketing programs   
  • Results-oriented marketer with strong reporting capabilities   
  • Experience working with marketing tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords   
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment   
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills   

Additional Information

  • This is a remote/virtual position.
  • For local team members, occasional on-site working (Indianapolis north side) may be expected for in-person activities.
  • For remote team members, traveling to Indianapolis may be required approximately 1-4x per year, based on business needs.
