Job Description

As the Manager (Sr.) of Evaluation Services, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Coach and lead a team of Lead Analysts and Insights Analysts responsible for evaluating healthcare phone conversations for quality and compliance while uncovering customer insights
  • Lead a team that works remotely, while setting standards that ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Deliver high-quality analysis and use your skills to listen, not just hear, both stated and implied messages and succinctly capture using our software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform
  • Collect and analyze KPIs including minutes per evaluation, productive time, cost per evaluation, and other metrics relevant to the performance of the team
  • Partner with Product Innovation team to improve functionality and features of the Authenticx software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform
  • Work closely with client-facing teams (Sales, CSG, SaaS Ops) to always have personnel readily available to meet production needs
  • Partner with the Sales team to assist in the discovery and requirements for client prospects, design solutions, and review relevant pricing assumptions prior to presenting to a prospect
  • Work closely with the Implementation to stay informed and to be consulted on relevant services and assist in the planning and execution of handoff from the Implementation team to the Evaluation Services team

Qualifications

Our ideal Manager (Sr.) of Evaluation Services will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, required
  • 3+ years of healthcare experience preferred with a working knowledge of insurance and/or claims
  • 5+ years management experience required
  • SaaS experience required
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Must adapt well to change and successfully prioritize, as needed
  • Consistent leadership style of coaching, teaching, and achieving targets
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knows what exceptional customer service looks like with a strong focus on quality
  • Proven performance in client-facing roles
  • Must be solution-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a self-motivator and self-starter
  • Time management skills

Additional Information

  • For local candidates, this is may be a hybrid position consisting of mostly remote/virtual working with occasional on-site (Indianapolis northside) activities approximately 1-2x per week (this is flexible).
  • For non-local candidates, this will primarily be a virtual position with rare on-site travel approximately 2-4x per year to Indianapolis, depending on business needs and location. 
  • Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the USA without requiring employment visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
