Job Description

    We are seeking professionals of varying career levels to fill openings as Associate Program Managers, Program Managers, and Senior Program Managers. The specific responsibilities will vary depending on position level, but the essential responsibilities of a Program Manager on our Professional Services team include the following:

    • Serving as a strategic account manager for healthcare clients - especially pharmaceutical, provider (large hospital systems), and insurance/payer companies.
    • Evaluating qualitative and quantitative data (the interactions between our clients and their customers/patients) to help our clients make more informed business decisions. 
    • Having a continuous finger-on-the-pulse of program production, trends, budget and goals to help drive client outcomes.
    • Understanding and utilizing the Authenticx software platform and staying current on new features, best practices, etc.
    • Collaborating with other Authenticx teams to ensure our work is completed with the highest standards while achieving client objectives.
    • Serving as an internal and external communicator - facilitating meetings, setting agendas, maintaining project timelines and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
    • Continually honing a positive relationship with healthcare clients and always keeping client needs and desired outcomes at the forefront of everything we do.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Informatics, or other relevant fields preferred
    • 2 - 5 years of healthcare experience - ideally working for/with pharmaceutical, provider (large hospital systems), or health insurance/payer companies. 
    • Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) client-facing role, such as Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Consultant, or Program Manager, supporting healthcare companies. 
    • Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) experience is highly preferred.  
    • Strong data synthesis experience involving the interpretation and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data.
    • Extensive experience preparing and delivering complex presentations to internal and/or external stakeholders.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and experience serving as a liaison and leading cross-functional projects.
    • Project management experience - project management certification is preferred.
    • Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
    • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Understanding of web applications with a desire to learn new technologies.

    Additional Information

    • This is a remote/virtual position.
    • For local team members, occasional on-site working (Indianapolis north side) may be expected for in-person activities.
    • For remote team members, traveling to Indianapolis may be required approximately 1-2x per year, based on business needs.
    • Minimal overnight travel is expected for client meetings approximately 1-4x per year, based on business needs.
