Job Description

As our first Product Manager, you’ll own large and company-critical product initiatives end-to-end. We’re seeking user experience experts to help humans better understand humans through sophisticated AI models and tools creating operational efficiency in healthcare. You’ll tackle everything from strategic planning to product development and public launch. You’ll be talking to our customers, partners, and internal teams such as Sales and Customer Success to get input and build world class products. Best of all, you’ll be joining a company of smart, driven, and low-ego people with experience building some of the top software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies in the world.  

What you’ll be doing:

  1. You’ll tackle everything from strategic planning to product development and public launch 
  2. You’ll be talking to our customers, partners, and internal teams such as Sales and Customer Success to get input and build world class products 
  3. You will need to understand the needs of Authenticx users better than anyone (including themselves) 
  4. Identify market opportunities and define product strategy 
  5. Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities and product roadmap 
  6. Lead the end-to-end ideation, development, and launch of amazing products 
  7. Define and analyze metrics that inform product prioritization and decision-making 

Qualifications

Our ideal Product Manager will possess the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, with a track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products 
  • Proven experience in developing product strategies and driving product roadmaps aligned with company objectives 
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and drive product improvements 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present product visions to stakeholders 
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the market, industry trends, and customer needs 
  • High drive and high ownership and accountability to team KPIs  
  • Strong skills in communication, presenting, writing and ability to work well cross-functionally 
  • Previous experience leading and mentoring product teams is a plus 
  • Experience working with AI and data science teams a plus 

Additional Information

  • For local candidates, this is a hybrid position consisting of mostly remote/virtual working with on-site (Indianapolis north side) activities approximately 1-2x per week.
  • For non-local candidates, this will primarily be a virtual/remote position with occasional on-site travel (2-4x per year), depending on location. 
  • Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the USA without requiring employment visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
