Job Description

    As a Storyteller with Authenticx, you will serve on our Customer Strategy team within our Professional Services division, and you will be responsible for: 

    • Driving client success by evaluating interactions between our clients and their customers and presenting meaningful findings to our clients so they can make effective business decisions.
    • Analyzing qualitative and quantitative client data to discover actionable, relevant insights.
    • Developing story lines to convey the data in a way that captures the attention of the client. 
    • Creating PowerPoint decks to support the telling of data-backed stories. 
    • Presenting insight-rich, data-backed stories to clients. 
    • Collaborating across Authenticx teams to ensure our work is completed with the highest standards while achieving client objectives. 
    • Continually honing the Authenticx approach to data-backed storytelling. 
    • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the Authenticx software platform, new features and use cases.  
    • Continually building a positive relationship with clients - always keeping client needs and desired outcomes at the forefront of everything we do.

    Qualifications

    Our ideal Storyteller will have the following qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Writing or other relevant fields preferred.
    • 3-5 years of experience in a B2B customer service role, especially in giving presentations. 
    • Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and extracting meaningful, action-oriented insight.
    • Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Healthcare, or business-to-business (B2B) professional services experience preferred.
    • Skilled in account management, project management, researching, and data analysis.
    • Superior communication and presentation skills.
    • Proven understanding of the Healthcare industry is preferred.
    • Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
    • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills. 
    • Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
    • Understanding of web applications with a desire to learn new technologies. 
    • Must work well within a highly-collaborative, virtual team environment.

    Additional Information

    • This is a remote/virtual position.
    • Local team members may work in a hybrid environment (Indianapolis north side).
    • Non-local team members may be expected to travel to Indiana on rare occasions (approximately 1-2x per year) based on business needs.
    • You must reside in the USA.
