Job Description

As an Account Manager with Authenticx, you will be a team member within our Sales organization and will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the critical point of contact for clients and leading quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients
  • Ensuring all contracted commitments are carried out and delivered by responsible functional areas within Authenticx AND by clients
  • Ensuring that revenue retention and revenue growth goals are achieved for client accounts
  • Managing the financial performance of accounts - including accounts receivables (AR), budget variances, forecasts, etc.
  • Owning client renewals - including renegotiating existing deals based on increases in volume, changes in scope, etc.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives to add new Statements of Work (SOW) within existing clients
  • Working with client services teams to propose product feature requests and service opportunities with existing clients
  • Working with internal partners to adjust, iterate and improve Authenticx's overall go-to-market strategies

Qualifications

Who is our ideal Account Manager?

You have experience working in a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) account management role that prioritizes client retention and revenue growth. You can build strong relationships with clients, collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, and identify new opportunities within an account. You are an accountable self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, energetic, and collaborative environment. 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of B2B account management experience - preferably in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or healthcare
  • Documented track record of account management and/or sales success against KPIs and quotas
  • Experience working for and/or supporting large, matrixed, enterprise clients
  • Experience selling and/or supporting sophisticated enterprise software with long and complex sales cycles 
  • Exceptionally strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and MS Office
  • Ability to give and receive feedback in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Additional Information

  • This is a remote/virtual position.
  • Local team members work a hybrid schedule consisting of being on-site 2 days per week.
  • You must reside in the USA.
  • Employment visa sponsorship is not provided for this position.
  • Minimal travel.
