Job Description

As the HR/Talent Partner with Authenticx, you will report to the VP of Talent and drive talent acquisition, talent development and talent engagement initiatives for assigned business units, typically consisting of approximately 40-60 team members. 

Responsibilities 

The numbers provided below represent the approximate percentages of time that the HR/Talent Partner will spend on the areas listed. 

  • Talent Acquisition / Recruiting (50%) - Partnering with hiring managers to lead the sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of professional talent, such as Engineers, Account Executives, Account Managers, Analysts, etc. This will include the administration of our applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR Information System (HRIS), and other technology.
  • Talent Development / Training (25%) - Partnering with business leaders to lead and complete training & development initiatives, performance evaluations, performance improvement plans, etc. This will include the administration of our learning management system (LMS).
  • Talent Engagement / Retention (15%) - Contribute to positive team member experience via personalized outreach, company events, communication strategies, rewards and recognition programs, etc.
  • Payroll, Compliance, & Other Tasks (10%) - Process bi-weekly payroll, manage leaves of absence, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, produce routine and ad hoc reports, etc.

Qualifications

As our ideal HR/Talent Partner, you will possess the following essential qualifications: 

  • Must be located in/near the Greater Indianapolis area and willing and able to work on-site (Indy northside) at least 2 days per week. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Business or similar fields is strongly preferred – comparable experience accepted in lieu of education. 
  • 2+ years of broad human resources experience in talent acquisition, training and development, and employee engagement. 
  • Experience working for a technology company or professional services firm and recruiting and supporting corporate professionals in sales, technology, account management, etc.
  • Technical proficiency with MS Office, HRIS, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other relevant business software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and present information to individuals and groups.  
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to manage and executive varying assignments timely and accurately.

  • This is a hybrid position consisting of both on-site (Indy northside) and remote working.
