Job Description

The Story Analyst is a member of our Customer Strategy Group, which aims to grow our healthcare clients' business by humanizing their customers' voices to inform customer strategies. In this role, you will have two primary responsibilities: 

[1] Supporting Authenticx Practice Managers, who are responsible for understanding client needs and building business value for our customers. Supporting them includes:  

  • Coordinating schedules and facilitating internal meetings.  
  • Pulling and checking data for client presentations and deliverables.  
  • Creating presentations and client deliverables.  
  • Using the Authenticx platform to answer questions or troubleshoot problems.  
  • Working closely with Insight Storytellers.  
  • Always keeping the client’s needs and desired outcomes at the forefront.   

[2] Being a liaison to Authenticx Insights Analysts, who are responsible for listening to individual customer conversations and evaluating them. They do this by tagging, labeling, and clipping impactful elements of the conversation. Supporting them includes:  

  • Coordinating schedules and timelines with the Lead Insights Analyst assigned to the client projects.  
  • Working to create the evaluation form that will be used by the Insights Analysts.  
  • Calibrating with the Insights Analysts to ensure the evaluation form is used consistently across different types of conversations and different Insights Analysts.   
  • Understanding themes within the calls.  
  • Working to get questions answered. These could be questions the Insight Analysts have for the client or questions the client has for the Insight Analyst.   

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or other relevant fields or equivalent experience. 
  • 1 - 3 years of professional or internship customer service experience in a technology, healthcare or other business-to-business (B2B) / professional services environment. 
  • Proficiency with MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint). 
  • Analytical and tech savvy with strong ability to learn new business software systems. 
  • Visual design competency. 
  • Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize. 
  • Understanding of web applications with a desire to learn new technologies. 
  • Thrives in working in a very cross functional team environment. 
  • Experience with voice of customer software platforms is preferred.

Additional Information

  • We are seeking candidates who live in Indiana as this is a hybrid position consisting of on-site and remote working.
