Job Description

As an Interior Designer/Planner & Sales Support, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales operations and effective planning within the commercial team. You will support our sales representatives by preparing space plans, renderings and presentations, as well as quotations and order processing for clients projects.

You are hands-on, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This includes:

  • Creation of plans– from simple layout plans to full customer projects
  • Creation of renderings and presentations (single furniture and space plans)
  • Specification of products – aesthetic and functional solutions
  • creation of accurate quotations and orders using Bene systems
  • processing of standard and customized solutions
  • Maintaining and continuously updating customer data in CRM system

Qualifications

Who you are: 

We are looking for a proactive and extroverted professional who is comfortable taking the lead and ensuring accountability across all levels:

  • Extroverted and confident, with excellent communication skills
  • not afraid to address team members or clients directly when necessary
  • strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

      Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in interior design and sales support, preferably in the furniture industry
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively.
  • Fluent in NL, FR and EN.
