Job Description
What We Offer:
- Attractive salary package $100,000 - $150,000 NZD depending on experience and farm size, plus annual performance bonus plus 12% superannuation (KiwiSaver equivalent) with relocation assistance.

About the Farms:
Our farms are modern, progressive, and utilize the latest technology in dairy farming:
- Sizeable farms ranging from 200ha to 700ha.
- Technologically advanced dairy sheds with ACRs, auto teat spray, and herd management systems.
- Pasture-based farming systems, with supplementary grain feeding when required.
- Multiple calving patterns, including split calving on the mainland farms, ensuring year-round milk production.
As Farm Manager you will need to be a team player creating an environment where people can develop to help achieve desired outcomes. You will have well developed pasture management and animal husbandry skills and understand the demands of large scale dairy farming. Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do.
Qualifications
The desired skills and experience for this opportunity are:
You will be an energetic, and self-motivated individual with strong cattle and pasture management skills, who is keen to get stuck in and get the job done. You can work well on your own but equally works in very well amongst a team - we have regional groups and our Farm Managers meet regularly as a team for peer group meetings to share advice and support each other to achieve goals.
We’re looking for farm managers who have:
- Extensive dairy farming experience, ideally with previous leadership roles within corporate environments.
- Proven skills in managing large-scale operations, with a strong focus on animal welfare, efficiency, and productivity.
- A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- A commitment to a safe, sustainable, and high-quality farming practice.
- The desire to work in a new country, experience a different lifestyle, and make a lasting impact.
