Overview

The Business Development professional in the Innovation Department plays a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving growth through innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and trends relevant to the innovation strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders to enable collaboration and growth.
• Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, contracts, and joint ventures that support innovation goals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and product management, to align business development initiatives with departmental objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessments to inform business decisions.
• Present proposals, business cases, and progress reports to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Qualifications
