As an Intern in our Product Data Management team, you will become part of a world‑wide support organization that actively contributes to various stages of product development by ensuring timely and accurate transfer of product data between engineering and plant systems.
This role enables you to strengthen and expand your technical and organizational skills through close collaboration with experienced mentors and by using modern development methods and tools. We are looking for a self‑motivated and dedicated individual with a good command of English (speaking, writing, and listening), who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, international environment.
Do you want to work as internship? These should spark your interest:
- Support projects for product data management activities (e.g. creation of project structure, creation of material structures, implement material and documentation changes, execute the release of product documentation toward plants);
- Support IMDS (International Material Data System) data preparation and submission to our customers;
- Collaborate with project teams (e.g. Project Managers and Technical Project Leaders) and support clarification of technical product data topics;
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs for structuring data, performing basic analyses, and supporting reporting activities;
- Use of AI tools to support data analysis, reduce repetitive manual work, improve efficiency, and simplify daily tasks, while assisting with documentation and reporting activities.
A mentor will support you to gradually take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
Qualifications
You can be a perfect match to our team if you have:
- Currently enrolled in a Technical University (e.g., Mechanical profile) starting from the 3rd year of studies;
- Strong willingness to learn and continuously develop skills in a professional engineering environment;
- Good communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset;
- Organized, methodical and detail‑oriented, with a rigorous and tenacious approach to tasks;
- Good command of English, both written and spoken;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
- Basic experience in using AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude);
- Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
