• Develop mid- to long-term business plans to drive growth
• Conduct Monthly volume forecasting
• Update and maintain the Sales planning tools
• Analyze sales data by customer, product, and region to identify trends and support sales strategies
• Assist sales team with pricing management
• Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance

• Bachelor’s degree or above degree in any Major (including current students)
• Good Communication Skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Collaborative team player with strong time-management skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS office applications
• Fluent in Korean & English
