Job Description
The HR Transformation Manager supports executing the organization’s transformation agenda from HR perspective. The team steps into reorganizations, carve-outs, and mergers&acquisition activities to provide PMO support as well as operational capacity and experience for structural changes.
Your tasks include the following responsibilities:
- Developing end‑to‑end project plans for reorganizations and carve‑outs, including scope, milestones, risks, interdependencies, and resourcing needs
- Coordinating cross-functional activities, ensuring timely delivery of all HR and business-critical workstreams across several countries
- Informing all country HR on expectations, deliverables and timeline and exchanging regularly on project progress, hurdles, risk within the various countries
- Tracking progress using formal project management methodologies, ensuring deviations are identified early and resolved
- Performing Stakeholder Analysis including risks and dependencies
- Designing and executing communication plans for affected employees, managers, and key stakeholders
- Monitoring labor law compliance, co-determination requirements, and internal policies throughout transformation processes
- Working closely with HR Leaders to prepare material for key stakeholders
- Providing accurate and timely reporting on headcount impacts, financial implications, timelines, and project status
- Acting as interface for local HR and supervisors in transformation projects
- Maintaining secure data handling and confidentiality throughout transformation
Qualifications
- Academic degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in HR, organizational transformation, or management consulting
- Experience in HR transformation projects
- Business fluent language skills in German and English
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills
