Job Description

  • Management of annual training for all personnel related to the assigned client and monitoring that HR publishes the courses.
  • Conduct internal training courses related to the assigned client.
  • Capture and document Client Specific Requirements/Customer Requirements and ensure their dissemination and compliance within the organization.
  • Design and deliver training on these requirements.
  • Ensure that personnel know how to proceed in problem-solving for 0KM and field incidents according to specific client requirements.
  • Generate historical root cause analyses to suggest improvement and strategic projects to achieve better client ratings and indicators.
  • Active participation in 0KM follow-up meetings convened by the client or business units.
  • Review and respond (central topics) to the different client portals and systems at the required frequency.
  • Establish an open communication channel with client representatives to verify the total satisfaction of their needs and transfer them to the different work teams as well as to plant management and direction.
  • Verify that new lines and processes consider lessons learned and past problems from 0KM, warranties, and production floor within their quality, logistics, and manufacturing concepts.
  • Coordinate client audits relevant to the plant as well as special improvement requirements.
  • Follow up on resulting action plans ensuring their timely and proper closure."    

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Advanced English 
  • Experience: 
    • 5+ years of experience in Quality Areas in Automotive industry
    • With German & Japanese OEM's (desirable)
  • Knowledge: 
    • Problem solving 
    • 6 Sigma & DMAIC Methodology
    • Minitab
    • SAP
    • Quality CoreTools 
    • Microsoft Office
