Job Description
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Senior Financial Analyst Position is responsible for managing and consolidating annual financial plan, monthly forecast and month end reporting activities for CAS Inc. Consolidation Unit 619 and all related Financial Reporting System reporting required by Corporate (Frankfurt, Germany) for the Legal entity. Provide Controlling support to at least two Automotive Central Function and key participation in process improvement initiative by streamlining finance cycles to improve accuracy in forecasting, planning and reporting.
- Responsible for coordinating and consolidating annual financial budget, monthly forecast and month-end reporting activities for Legal entity CAS Inc
- Responsible for monthly reporting requirements established by Corporate. Liquidity Forecast, FX Exposure, Spending and Obligo, Average Operation Assets.
- Responsible for managing and consolidating annual budget, forecast and month end reporting for at least two North America Central functions (WW Functions or NA Market specific)
- Consolidate monthly & Quarterly reporting for the Region (Legal entity level)
- Local controller for HQ USA – Auburn Hills
- Key participant in harmonization projects in all financial areas for North America Region.
- Analysis of the Balance sheet; comparison of key balance sheet lines for actual/forecast/budget
Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate finance environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
