Job Description
Research assistant in the Social Work department, with Dr. Ruti Soffer-Elnekave and Dr. Erin Sugrue.
This role entails collaborating with the research team to conduct qualitative interviews via zoom. The role includes communication and coordination with study participants and research team. The role also includes assisting in transcribing and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Conduct zoom interviews.
- Assist in transcription and data analysis
- Participate in research team meetings
Scheduling & Hours
- Flexible, by appointment.
- Average hours per week: 10
Compensation and Benefits
- Rate of Pay: $16.45/hour
- Minnesota Sick and Safe Time
- Minnesota Paid Family and Medical Leave
- Not eligible for health insurance benefits
Qualifications
- Student must be currently enrolled at Augsburg University.
- Must be part of the MSW program
Preferred Qualifications
- Have an understanding of the school social work environment.
- Previous experience in conducting qualitative interviews.
