Job Description
The Student Research Assistant will contribute to an ongoing project funded by the National Science Foundation to develop community-based datasets for:
- evaluation using artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms
- increasing student competency in fundamental community-based research tasks such as data curation, analysis, and evaluation.
Qualifications
The student(s) in this role should be a currently enrolled student at Augsburg University and one of the following:
- A major in Data Science, familiarity with computational software and programming environments, and successful completion of DST 490 Data Visualization for Social Justice
or
- A major in Social Work or enrollment in the Master's in Social Work program, familiarity with qualitative analyses of datasets.
