Job Description
- Support the planning and execution of events and initiatives within the School of Health.
- Compile, compare, and draft consolidated universal legal documents for departments within the School of Health with the supervision of the School of Health Director.
- Compile a School of Health graduate database.
- Maintain and organize electronic files, records, and databases.
- Assist in managing the school’s web-presence, social media, and documenting events.
- Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, electronic filing, and data entry.
Work-study eligible students welcome.
Compensation and Benefits
- Rate of Pay: $15.97/hour
- Minnesota Sick and Safe Time
- Not eligible for health insurance benefits
Qualifications
- Enrolled as a student at Augsburg University, eligible for federal work-study.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Ability to analyze documents and synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Flexible schedule, approximately 10 hours per week for both fall and spring semester
