Pay Rate: $15.57 per hour

Job Description

The Bonner Student Program Assistant will be responsible for:

  • planning and facilitating large group meetings
  • helping coordinate guest speakers
  • communicating to Bonner Leaders about necessary information
  • recruiting and marketing for the program
  • and planning other events such as Spring Break outings and the end-of-year celebration.

This position will also be required to attend weekly meetings with the program manager, as well as all Bonner Leader large group meetings.

All of these tasks will be alongside and under the guidance of the Bonner Community Leaders Program Manager.

Qualifications

  • Work-study eligibility
  • Third or fourth year at Augsburg
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Passion and interest in leading fellow students
  • Comfortable educating peers about issues related to working in the community
  • Self-directed and detail-oriented

Preferred:

  • past involvement in the Bonner Community Leaders program or experience with community engagement initiatives
