Job Description

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end logistics flow of high‑value luxury watches and related products, from different entities (HQ & Other affiliates) to AP Korea.

This role ensures operational excellence through import/export management, inventory and serial number control, logistics security, and compliance, while acting as a key liaison between HQ, Sales, After‑Sales (CS), Finance, and boutiques to support business performance and a premium customer experience. You contribute to the success and resilience of Audemars Piguet by ensuring proper logistic understanding, correct execution, and unwavering adherence to all company rules, regulations, and internal controls. International & Domestic Logistics Operations

  • Manage international and local logistics flows of finished watches, repair watches, components, and accessories between HQ, the Korean entity, boutiques, and customers
  • Oversee all import/export operations including customs clearance, duties in case of governmental tax audit, VAT, and related documentation
  • Work closely with logistics external counterparts
  • In charge of establishing logistics contract and ensure transparent & clear business between the brand and its external counterparts
  • Ensure secure transportation and risk management for high‑value products (secure courier, insurance, incident handling)
  • Manage shipment and return of repair watches (warranty and non‑warranty) with HQ and overseas service centers
  • Handle import/export licenses and ensure full compliance with local regulations and procedures

Stock, Inventory & Serial Number Control

  • Maintain full visibility and control of inventory flows across HQ, warehouse, and boutiques
  • Ensure accurate tracking of inventory at reference and serial number level
  • Manage inbound/outbound movements, adjustments, physical inventory counts, and audits using ERP (M3, Y2)
  • Strengthen internal controls to minimize inventory discrepancies, losses, or damage of high‑value items
  • Support watch allocation analysis based on stock levels, priorities, and sales performance

Sales & Business Support

  • Manage product orders and delivery follow‑up with HQ via ERP system
  • Act as the key point of contact for logistics‑ and inventory‑related inquiries from Sales and boutiques
  • Support logistics for boutique openings, brand events, exhibitions, and trunk shows
  • Prepare and provide reports on sales support metrics such as inventory turnover, deliveries, and lead times
  • Manage procurement requests (PR, PO, GR), invoices and expenses claim via Ivalua

Compliance, Brand Standards & Coordination  

  • Ensure compliance with HQ global logistics policies, brand standards, and internal control guidelines
  • Support internal and external audits and HQ reporting requirements
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Retail Operations, Finance, and After‑Sales (CS) teams to improve logistics processes
  • Proactively identify operational issues and propose process improvements

Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years in retail logistics and supply chain, preferably in luxury retail related environment
  • Solid understanding of import/export regulations and customs procedures
  • Experience working with ERP systems (M3, Y2)
  • Ability to multitask, solve problems proactively with agility and cooperative mindset
  • Proficient communication skills in written/verbal English
