Job Description
The primary purpose of the Boutique Client Consultant position is to serve as a key contributor to boutique operations by achieving sales targets, delivering outstanding customer service, and developing the capabilities of the sales team through effective training and coaching.
The role will report to Boutique Manager directly, and key responsibilities including:
- Achieve Sales Targets:Drive sales performance by working toward daily, weekly, and monthly targets while adhering to company policies and boutique standards.
- Maintain Inventory & Stock Management:Monitor daily sales records and boutique stock levels to ensure product availability and maintain accurate inventory counts.
- Train & Develop Boutique Team:Design and deliver in-store training programs, coach staff on sales techniques, and onboard new employees to build a high-performing team.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and recognizing excellent service from team members.
- Manage Customer Relationships:Implement and maintain CRM systems in alignment with company requirements to build lasting customer relationships and enhance satisfaction.
- Support Marketing & Brand Initiatives:Collaborate with the marketing department and line manager to execute promotional programs, events, and campaigns that strengthen brand positioning.
- Execute Merchandising Standards:Assist in retail initiatives and uphold visual standards to maximize sales potential.
- Ensure Professional Administration:Maintain accurate, confidential documentation, present a professional image at all times, and uphold a motivated, positive attitude.
Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate with strong hospitality service sense and the rich sales experience in luxury industry.
- Good health and presentation; young with high potential
- Bachelor degree with at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in Club Lounge or Sales Marketing
- Service-oriented, confident, and organized with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (oral & written);
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to specific working hours
