Job Description
As part of the evolution of our Brand Creative Studio, we are creating a new position of Creative Strategist, reporting directly to the Manager Brand Creative Studio. This role will strengthen the studio’s strategic capabilities and reinforce the articulation between brand vision, storytelling, and creative expression.
At the intersection of strategy and creativity, the Creative Strategist transforms the brand’s strategic intentions into powerful concepts, inspiring narratives, and culturally relevant creative territories. Acting as an early contributor in the ideation process, he ensures that storytelling, creative direction, and strategic intent remain aligned and meaningful across all brand initiatives.
In this role, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Develop strategic and narrative concepts rooted in the watchmaking universe while staying connected to contemporary cultural dynamics
- Leverage brand tools (brand plan, product plan, key messages, press releases, narrative frameworks, etc.) to fuel ideation and build coherent storytelling
- Ensure alignment between strategy, launch plans, storytelling, and creative direction
- Transform strategic ideas into inspiring creative concepts, narratives, and campaign territories adaptable across all formats
- Write manifestos, support conceptual thinking with strong copy, and contribute to the evolution of the Brand Voice
- Create meaningful creative briefs that guide the studio toward impactful expressions
- Anticipate trends, decode cultural insights, and nourish teams with inspiration from diverse creative and cultural fields
- Collaborate cross-functionally and articulate ideas clearly to engage and unite teams around shared concepts
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualifications :
- Higher education in communication, advertising, literature, journalism, or a specialized creative/strategic school; specialization in brand strategy or copywriting required
- 5–10 years of experience as a Creative Strategist or Copywriter in creative agencies or luxury brands
- Strong expertise in brand storytelling and/or 360° activation strategy
- Dual strategic and creative mindset, capable of connecting insights with strong conceptual outputs
- Excellent writing skills in French and English
- Proven experience presenting and defending concepts to internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge or strong interest in luxury, high watchmaking, craftsmanship, and cultural artistic universes
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, open-mindedness, and ability to integrate diverse cultural references
