Job Description

We are seeking a temporary team member to assist in our Client Care department. This role will primarily focus on answering incoming phone calls and responding to inquiries submitted via online contact forms.

This is a temporary position ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with clients and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle incoming calls, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
  • Monitor and respond to online contact form submissions promptly and accurately.
  • Provide basic information to clients and redirect inquiries to the appropriate department as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of related experience in customer service/after-sales, in a luxury, manufacturing, or technical product environment highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Multilingual capabilities to support a diverse client base is a plus.
  • Active listening and problem resolution skills.
  • Empathy, respect, and courtesy in all client interactions.
  • Commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction.
