Job Description
To perform the following tasks, as part of the Service Center operations:-
- To supervise and ensure the smooth operations of the Customer Service workshop
- To manage a team of technical staff (watchmakers), with the aim to meet CS performance indicators set and supervise all the watchmakers (training, evaluations, objectives, follow-up, etc.)
- Improve workshop and watchmaker performance (propose improvements related to processes, tools, organization etc)
- Manage and follow the repair flows while ensuring that deadlines and quality objectives are met
- To be responsible for all issues related to CS repair activities
To participate in the continuous improvement of the CS workflow, while complying with technical guidelines set out by the Company.
Qualifications
- Qualification in watchmaking e.g WOSTEP diploma or equivalent qualifications from recognized watchmaking schools will be an advantage
- Strong interest in watch industry
- Experience in watchmaking would be a strong advantage
- Experience in managing a team, good aptitude for supervisory role, esp. in people management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems for record-keeping, inventory management, and other administrative tasks.
