To perform the following tasks, as part of the Service Center operations:-

• To supervise and ensure the smooth operations of the Customer Service workshop
• To manage a team of technical staff (watchmakers), with the aim to meet CS performance indicators set and supervise all the watchmakers (training, evaluations, objectives, follow-up, etc.)
• Improve workshop and watchmaker performance (propose improvements related to processes, tools, organization etc)
• Manage and follow the repair flows while ensuring that deadlines and quality objectives are met
• To be responsible for all issues related to CS repair activities

To participate in the continuous improvement of the CS workflow, while complying with technical guidelines set out by the Company.

• Qualification in watchmaking e.g WOSTEP diploma or equivalent qualifications from recognized watchmaking schools will be an advantage
• Strong interest in watch industry
• Experience in watchmaking would be a strong advantage
• Experience in managing a team, good aptitude for supervisory role, esp. in people management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills 
• Proficiency in using computer systems for record-keeping, inventory management, and other administrative tasks.
