Job Description

The Boutique Coordinator will contribute to the success of the boutique by providing organizational and administrative support and by executing assigned work within given time frames and in ways that meet the boutique and business objectives, reporting to the Boutique Operations Specialist.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Boutique Operations Specialist in all coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Provide administrative and back-office support to all operations of the Boutique including aftersales (invoices, cashier, team planning, etc.).
  • Use business software applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheet, etc.) to prepare correspondence, reports, agendas, etc.
  • Answer phone calls and email correspondence.
  • Maintain established inventory/supplies levels by locating stock in the stockroom and delivering items to the boutique.
  • Ensure that products are easily accessible, visually appealing, and constantly available by performing weekly sales floor audit.
  • Use tools such as M3, Y2 (internal ERP systems), Sugar (internal CRM system), etc.
  • Provide operational support to marketing team with loans, photoshoots and events.
  • Manage boutique appointments calendar.
  • Be the main point of contact for external vendors and suppliers.
  • Handle all boutique maintenance and repairs scheduling and escalate to Operations Specialist as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of related experience in administration and retail boutique operations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of inventory management, client service, administration, and shipping processes
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency using ERP and CRM systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and has excellent communication and organization skills

Additional Information

Audemars Piguet offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package. The hourly range for this position is between $30.00 - $33.00 an hour dependent upon experience. This role is eligible for bonus.
