JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently looking for a full time Maintenance Assistant to help maintain the grounds, facility, and handle equipment in a safe and efficient manner at our location in Chaska, MN. Auburn Homes & Services is an award winning, “Great Employers” recipient, assisted living and skilled nursing community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Maintenance Assistant will work in all areas of the facility.
• Will move intermittently during working hours.
• Maintenance Assistant might be subject to frequent interruptions and may need to reschedule maintenance activities.
• Will be involved with residents and staff as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Will possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• The Maintenance Assistant have some experience in operating a snow blower and lawn and garden equipment.
• Will have some knowledge in various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
