We are looking for someone with passion and commitment towards providing the best services to our residents. The primary purpose of the Trained Medication Aide/LPN is to provide each of the residents with routine daily nursing care, services, and medication administration in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.

1. Maintain an environment that achieves high quality care (physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual) of residents and maintain their independence and dignity to the highest degree possible within the AHS continuum. 

2. Maintain effective communication systems with all customers.

3. Administer medications and treatments and provide individualized, direct care to residents based upon regulations and established clinical best practices.

4. Maintain all required documentation in accordance with regulations and established clinical best practices.

5. Assistant Nursing Assistants in the provision of care.

1. Currently Certified as a Nursing Assistant with the State of MN & TMA Certificate.
2. CPR Certified
3. Supervisory experience preferred by not required.
4. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, organizational skills, and leadership/supervisory skills. 
5. Ability to work independently with no supervision, work irregular hours including E/O/Weekend and E/O/Holiday.
